V 4015 ISO L

The optional ThermoFrame serves to separate the door frame from the building structure. It incorporates a thermal break along with additional seals, enhancing thermal insulation by up to 15% and offering optimal corrosion protection for the side frame. Installation of the ThermoFrame is both easy and quick.

V 2515 Food L

In this special version, the side guides are designed to be easy to clean. High-pressure cleaning systems and water pose no problem for the door construction, which is entirely made of stainless steel. The absence of counterweights or springs eliminates complications in cleaning the frame.

V 2012

Fully equipped with operator and shaft cover, standard light grille, and automatic emergency opening via a counterweight (in case of power failure), this flexible plastic curtain door is a safe choice for indoor areas with high customer frequency.

V 3015 CLEAN

Air purification in clean rooms can lead to a pressure difference of up to 50 Pa. The fully transparent curtain of this clean room door is tightly integrated into the special side guides, minimizing air loss (leakage). This allows for an optimal design of ventilation systems. Additionally, features such as a stainless steel cover on the shaft and operator, along with welded-on spring steel stabilization, further characterize this door.

The V 3009 is installed between the operating sections and the storage areas within the conveyor system to conserve energy and diminish drafts and noise. It’s engineered for highly frequent automated opening and closing cycles.
The door control can be seamlessly integrated into existing PLC systems. A volt-free contact reports the door position (open/closed) to the control system.

Flex Strip Curtain SVF
